In its early days, the ground floor housed a private Protestant school and the vicar's residence. Although the school was closed in 1873, the space continued to be utilized by the parish for various functions.

The church's organ, which was destroyed in the fire, was replaced in 2007 with a new instrument featuring 1,517 pipes. Built by the renowned organ builder Josef Weimbs, the new organ was inaugurated after six weeks of meticulous assembly, restoring the church's musical heritage.
The Evangelische Kirche Eitorf is home to two bells, each with its own unique story. The original bell, purchased in 1862 from the Protestant community in Leuscheid, was joined by a second, larger bell in 1954. This new bell bears the inscription The Dead Shall Rise, serving as a poignant reminder of the church's spiritual mission.
